In December 2010, Yongkang Cosmos Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established in Yongkang, the capital of hardware. From its inception, the company was granted self-operated import and export rights, positioning itself on a foreign trade and export-oriented path from the start. Leveraging Yongkang's well-established hardware supporting industrial chain, the company focused on the independent research and development and production of garden power machinery such as snow sweepers and micro tillers. It built its own processing production lines and independently developed core molds and key components. Its products were targeted at overseas markets including Europe, America, and Russia, with export trade as its core starting point, and it established its own brand.

After five years of technical refinement, the company mastered the core manufacturing process of full-gear snow sweepers. Its full range of products successively passed European and American safety certifications such as CE and EPA. Overseas partners continued to increase, products were sold in large quantities to countries across Europe and North America, an overseas distribution network took shape, and export revenue achieved scaled growth. Drawing on its foreign trade mass-production experience, the company completed multiple generations of product iteration, with craftsmanship and quality control benchmarked against European and American production standards.

The factory was upgraded and expanded, with multiple new production lines added for CNC machining, welding, and final assembly, fully equipped with a complete set of production equipment, and a professional R&D team was established. On the basis of the steady operation of its foreign trade business, the company made a strategic adjustment, shifting from pure export to a dual focus on both domestic and international sales, opening up the domestic market. At the same time, it launched OEM/ODM custom manufacturing services, supplying products to domestic sanitation and garden supporting suppliers, with domestic distributors gradually being established.

After five years of technological accumulation, the company independently developed and launched the full-gear transmission snow sweeper, becoming one of the earliest enterprises in China to achieve large-scale mass production of full-gear snow sweepers. The full-gear transmission optimized the pain points of traditional models, promoted the market popularization of domestic snow removal equipment, and helped domestic products replace imported demand. After the launch of the Cosmos full-gear snow sweeper, a large number of customers who previously purchased foreign snow sweepers turned to domestic products. To date, the market share of domestic snow sweepers has achieved a significant increase.

Successfully recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise and a Zhejiang Province Technology-Based SME. The company relocated as a whole to a new standardized factory area, with standardized construction of production workshops, R&D laboratories, and warehousing zones, and improved full functional departments for international trade, domestic trade, quality control, and after-sales service. It successively passed three major system certifications: ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety. Domestic orders from municipal procurement, property management, and scenic areas grew rapidly, and the domestic sales segment became an important growth driver.

Continued to increase R&D investment, filing multiple invention and utility model patents around ride-on snow sweepers and multifunctional garden equipment. Independently and originally designed and developed main models such as the C928 and C925 four-wheel-drive continuously variable transmission snow sweepers. Improved equipment configurations for complex operating environments in domestic municipal and residential areas, perfected the product category layout of domestic small ride-on snow sweepers, and optimized segmented models. Cooperated with hundreds of quality customers at home and abroad, with exports solidifying existing international channels and domestic sales covering multiple provinces and cities nationwide.

The annual production scale of complete machines has steadily increased, and the dual-line operation of foreign trade and domestic sales has matured. Products are widely used in multiple scenarios including residential, garden, and municipal engineering, making the company a quality manufacturer of small and medium-sized snow removal and garden machinery in China that combines foreign trade heritage with local service capabilities.
